Learning Objective:

• To reflect the  current evidence for management of patients with anterior cruciate ligament tear. The focus will be on current concepts in interventions and modifications needed for concomitant surgery and pathology. Current understanding of the anatomy and function as well as our approach to individualized, anatomic ACL reconstruction. Directions for improved treatment of ACL injuries are also considered.
