(Neurosurgery), FACS, FICS, FAMS Ph.D. is a Past President of the Telemedicine Society of India. former Secretary and Past President of the Neurological Society of India and Past President of the Indian Society for Stereotactic & Functional Neurosurgery, Formerly Adjunct Professor, at the IIT Madras, & Anna University he is Hon Distinguished Professor at The Tamilnadu Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai. Dr. Ganapathy was formerly Honorary Consultant and Advisor in Neurosurgery Armed Forces Medical Services. In 1990, he became the first in South Asia to get a Ph.D. in neuro-imaging. He is Member of the Editorial Board of 4 International and 3 National Journals in Telemedicine and Neurosciences. He was the first neurosurgeon from South Asia to be formally trained in Stereotactic Radiosurgery in 1995 and later in Robotic Radiosurgery in 2008. He ventured into Telehealth in 1998. During the last 45 years, he has presented more than 505 papers in national conferences and 169 in International meetings. He has published about 261 scientific papers & 19 chapters in books.. Delivered 29 lectures online via webinars, wrote 4 articles in newspapers, authored three articles on peer reviewed journal and scheduled “Certificate Program on Telehealth Practice” specifically with reference to Telehealth and COVID-19 Pandemic. Formerly member of the Advisory Committee Dept of Science & Technology GoI he is currently a member of BIRAC committees (Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council) Govt of India reviewing research projects for funding. Columbia University had selected ATNF as a case study to demonstrate global best practices. He is also on the WHO Roster of Experts on Digital Health.

Prof. Gabriel Izbicki has been the Director of Shaare Zedek Medical Center’s Pulmonary Institute since 2009. Under his direction, the Pulmonary Institute has become the largest and most important pulmonary center in Jerusalem and the second most important in Israel. It is widely recognized in Israel and abroad as a center of excellence. He also wrote a book with commentaries on the Bible (Old Testament).

Prof. Izbicki was born in Switzerland and moved with his family to Israel in 1997.  After a three-year research fellowship, he began working at Shaare Zedek in 2001. Dr. Izbicki is a Professor of Medicine at the Hebrew University Medical School.

In addition to his Shaare Zedek responsibilities, Izbicki is the Chairman of the National Pulmonary Board Exams Committee. He is also a member of many professional committees, including those offered at Shaare Zedek, the Israel Medical Association, and Hebrew University. He is a co-organizer of National and International Pulmonary conferences in Israel and abroad and is regularly invited by the Knesset (Israeli parliament) to give lectures on topics relating to his field of expertise, specifically smoking related diseases. Under his direction the RUPI – Research Unit of the Pulmonary Institute – was created a few years ago. He has published more than 70 papers, some of which have been published in top international medical journals including the New England Journal of Medicine, the Lancet and the British Medical Journal. Izbicki conducted research at the Montefiore Medical Center in New York, where he worked with firefighters injured at the World Trade Center on September 11th and later on did a research fellowship in Melbourne, Australia.

Dr. Javier Cortés has a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the Autonomous University of Madrid in 1996. He continued his studies at the University of Navarra, specializing in Medical Oncology at the University Clinic of Navarra. Since 2003 he has worked in the Department of Medical Oncology of the Hospital Vall d’Hebron in Barcelona, where he has been Coordinator of the Teaching and Training Program for Residents in Oncology and Senior Specialist in the Breast Cancer Area with special interest in Development of New Medicines.

Head of the Breast Cancer Unit in Teknon Medical Center, Dr Javier Cortés is one of the most active doctors in Spain and one of the most renowned in all of Europe. It has been part of the development of the 4 drugs approved for metastatic breast cancer in Europe over the last 5 years. Active member of the Spanish, European and American Societies of Medical Oncology (SEOM, ESMO, ASCO) and member of the Scientific Committee of the European Society of Medical Oncology.
With a true passion for treating patients, he cares deeply about the patient’s experience and cares about improving their quality of life. He hopes to cure the majority of breast cancer patients in the coming years and to this end is actively involved in cancer research. He is also the author of more than 140 publications, more than 300 presentations, and is an ad hoc reviewer for several journals.
